  • Most new patients can be seen within 3 business days. We know waiting weeks for help can be stressful — that’s why we prioritize fast access to care.

  • We accept the following insurance plans in Michigan: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (PPO and HMO Plans), Blue Care Network, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Oscar, Oxford and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.   • During your initial visit, your provider will complete a detailed psychiatric evaluation. This includes discussing your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and any past treatments. You’ll also review your goals for care and, if appropriate, receive a treatment plan that may include medication. The intake session typically lasts about 60 minutes.

  • Our secure telehealth platform (Zoom) lets you meet your psychiatrist from the comfort of home. Please note: you must be physically located in Michigan at the time of your appointment, as our providers are licensed to practice psychiatry only in Michigan. All you need is a private space, an internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer.

  • Yes, our board-certified providers can prescribe medications. Prescriptions can only be sent to pharmacies located in Michigan, in line with state licensing rules. We’ll send prescriptions electronically to your preferred local pharmacy for pickup anywhere in Michigan.

  • Yes. In addition to insurance, we accept HSA, FSA, and HRA cards, as well as credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. We also offer self-pay rates: intake sessions are $200 and follow-up sessions are $100.
